GUIDELINES FOR E-PAPER PRESENTATION

1. The power point presentation can have maximum of 14 slides.

2. Six minutes will be allotted for presentation followed by two minutes of discussion.

3. Organizers are not responsible for hindered Internet facility/connection from your end during the presentation, leading to incomplete or disrupted presentation.

4. Incomplete presentations will not be considered for certification.

5. Only one presenting author per paper is permitted.

6. All presentations including research on humans or animals should ensure that the research was carried out ethically (ethics committee approval mandatory and informed consent mandatory).

7. Speakers are responsible for providing all copyright permissions for material included in their abstracts and presentations,

8. The content for oral platform presentation should include

  • The Presentation should not reflect the name of the author designation /affiliation of author to ensure unbiased judgment.
  • The presentations slides should not exceed more than 14 slides
  • Introduction
  • Methodology (add pictures of the procedure if required)
  • Results (mention tables or graph)
  • Discussion
  • Conclusion
  • Limitations
  • Future scope of the study
  • Any source of funding or support for the work being presented should be acknowledged
  • References

9. The author presenting the paper must register to the conference and be available online to Participate in the programme at the time schedule

10. Your presentation number and schedule will be sent after acceptance of the abstract.

11. The scheduling of all presentations will be determined by the scientific committee to ensure best fit with the overall programme.

12. Any requests for specific date and time will not be considered.

13. Presenting author will receive a certificate of presentation.

14. Presentation must include the same content and follow the same outline as that described in the submitted and accepted abstract.

15. All decisions of the scientific committee will be treated as final.
