We are a professional network and online platform for professionals. People use our Services to find upcoming scientific events, Publications and to connect with others and information. Our Privacy Policy applies to any Member or Visitor to our Services.
Our registered users (“Members”) share their professional identities, engage with their network, exchange knowledge and professional insights, post and view relevant content, learn and find business and career opportunities.
You can access IAN scientific events (International Conference, Workshops, Short Term Training Programmes, Faculty Development Programmes), publications, connecting with IAN members, Journals & proceedings published by IAN, and other services that state that they are offered under this contract (“services”), including the offsite collection of data for those services, such as our ads and the “Login” and “Join Us” plugins. Registered users of our services are “Members” and unregistered users are “Visitors”. This contract applies to both Members and Visitors.
Changes to the Privacy Policy apply to your use of our Services after the “effective date.”
IAN can modify this Privacy Policy, and if we make material changes to it, we will provide notice through our Services, or by other means, to provide you the opportunity to review the changes before they become effective. If you object to any changes, you may close your account.

You create your IAN profile (a complete profile helps you get the most from our Services).

Some Members may choose to complete a separate ProFinder profile. You don’t have to provide additional information on your profile; however, profile information helps you to get more from our Services, including helping recruiters and business opportunities find you. It’s your choice whether to include sensitive information on your profile and to make sensitive information public. Please do not post or add personal data to your profile that you would not want to be publicly available.
We receive data about you when you use some of the other services provided by us or our affiliates. For example, you may choose to send information about your contacts in Microsoft apps and services, such as Outlook, to us for improved professional networking activities on our Services.
If you communicate through our Services, we learn about that.
We collect information about you when you send, receive, or engage with messages in connection with our Services. For example, if you get a IAN connection request, we track whether you have acted on it and will send you reminders. We also use automatic scanning technology on messages.
We get data when you visit sites that include our plugins, ads or cookies or log-in to others’ services with your IAN account.
We receive information about your visits and interaction with services provided by others when you log-in with IAN or visit others’ services that include our plugins (such as “Join us on IAN ” or “Apply with IAN ”), ads, cookies or similar technologies.

We also send messages about how to use the Services, network updates, reminders, job suggestions and promotional messages from us and our partners. You may change your communication preferences at any time. Please be aware that you cannot opt-out of receiving service messages from us, including security and legal notices.
IAN Members can access the upcoming conferences of IAN, Journals in various fields. Members can access the digital library including e-books, past conference proceedings, published research articles, Nurses gallery. Uploading their C.V and editing options. You can submit your research article for conference by selecting the particular conference through membership dashboard or you can submit a paper for publication by selecting a journal for publications through the dashboard. You can clarify your queries by directly chatting with our Scientific Relations Officer. From the dashboard itself you can send proposals for collaboration with IAN for conference, publications etc.
We monitor for and try to prevent security breaches. Please use the security features available through our Services.
We implement security safeguards designed to protect your data, such as HTTPS. We regularly monitor our systems for possible vulnerabilities and attacks. However, we cannot warrant the security of any information that you send us.
